Not beginner stuff. I got error messages and error messages. No map is download, I request "too much data". Whatever.

Posting the error messages would be more helpful so people can help. If you are requesting too much data you should select a smaller area to edit.

how was the UAV imagery acquired from the council?

Citizens approached the council to request that it be released as open data. The council were great in getting that sorted and it was released via OpenDataNI.

@@maxharrison9918 I'd love to know if more councils did this but we found out as there was a public tender for UAV drone suppliers to take images of the city centre. I don't know why the council wanted it but it encouraged us to follow up to make it public data. Your local council may respond to a general enquiry if not an FoI, or you could see if you can get hostorical tender lists.
