I hope you put in a clause that one can sever more than a 2yr term and cant sever until ten after his last day as a member and can be removed from office it he doesn't live of the HOA board and its members with only 51 votes
I am stumped..HOW can a HOA insist that bins are in by a certain time..?? do not the residents work..head off to work before they are collected and then not back till late in the afternoon/early evenings..?? HOW can you be expected to take your bins in after collection if you are not there..?? if you have a retired resident with time on their hands they could walk the streets taking the bins in, perhaps the residents could toss a small tip their way..if they take in a few bins each week that could add up to a nice sum..and it would be way cheaper than the fines would be..
