I'm sorry guys, I've been a subscriber for a very long time and loved your content but its now mainly "cash cow" plugs for companies and mule are very expensive for the normal van conversion but I have noticed the trend in promoting products which are beyond the average persons budget so it is, with regret, that I am unsubscribing. Perhaps it's jealousy that I don't get products thrown at me but I decided against starting a TH-cam channel for my bus conversion because of the commitment and time it takes and the trolls. I would like to wish you both safe travels on your new adventures and I always appreciated your honesty and straight talking and I will say hi if we meet on our travels so you know I'm the eegit who unsubscribed. It's nothing personal, I'm doing the same to all the channels I followed who are now stuck in the product pushing market.
It’s weird because we actually paid for the wheel carrier, Paul paid for his wheel carrier and box, have receipts and everything but you do what’s right for you, unfortunately TH-cam pays very little so when creators get the opportunity to make some money through promotions they obviously take them, as they spend hours and thousands on their equipment, but people don’t have an issue when ITV show advert’s, safe travels and we wish you well, happy Thursday!
I'm happy enough with my Wheeliams carrier. No rust and no loose bolts 👍 The mule carrier is indeed a smart looking bit of kit and seemingly well made. Maybe if I was starting a new conversion with a huge budget to absorb the €1300+ price tag for the mule carrier then maybe I'd order one. In defence of the Wheeliams carrier, I have found it to be well made, yes it was not painted or powder coated and it was easy to install with a second pair of hands. For circa €230 it is excellent value for money. My personal opinion of course.
Iv seen a lot of people had the same problem as we had with rust and damage

To be fair to Wheeliams, they supply an unpainted steel product and you painted it yourself. I think you said in your other video it took you 2 minutes to paint. Ultimately steel will always rust eventually no matter how good the paint job is but if you had it professionally powder coated you might have had more longevity from it. By the way I think the mule vans carrier is a superior product but I thought it was only fair to balance out that the wheeliams is a third of the price and wasn’t fitted “professionally”
Cracking quality with the carrier and box, looks good and will last.
They do build amazing things

Just seen the back lock. I would put a littel lip oner the top of the lock ..stop me stating thet lock and having one weel for my project .haha or isit lol

I Love the Mule products but before I lay our that sort of money id like to know that they are Insurance approved & yet their is nothing about this anywhere on their site.. So could anyone clear this question up for me. are they insurance approved ? as its a lot of money wasted if they not.. If anything goes wrong god forbid you loose everything.
I'd be removing that lock and getting something better. They're awful and insecure.

We have helped friends and family out with their vans and built a few of our own but full conversions for other people are not something we do
