This is the first time I've finished a crochet project and I'm pretty happy about it. I'm using the same yarn that I did to knit a hat, and then I'm going to make a cardigan with the same yarn lol.

I started with 30 chain stiches because my hand was wider and the 8 chain for my thumb worked. However,for the area of the glove below the thumb hole, that’s quite big on the lower part of my hand and I’m not sure sure why. I’ve been doing the decrease, any ideas v
Yes, weight 4 is fine. Just use a hook your yarn calls for. Adjust your chain number based on your desire length for each part, which is explained in the video.

She said at the start of the video that you should have an even number. You should probably start the project over and chain an even number that fits your hand size. Hope this helps! :D
