Michigan - guy hits barrier

Driving through Michigan somewhere, at 4am. Guy in front of me looks a bit wobbly. Hits and bounces off the cables in the median. I drop back, not sure what he's doing. Hits his brakes, I wonder if he's pulling over to check.. nope, just boots it out of there.
