If Tywin was already considered quite ruthless and cold-blooded by Westeroi standards( Westeros is like a fictional medieval England), then the Chinese version probaly would’ve sent in another more capable concubine to assit his daughter in dealing with the Crown Prince's favored Concubine. I also doubt that the favored Concubine would’ve had the opportunity to carry her pregnancy to full term or even get pregnant in the first place as a Chinese version Tywin would never allow a Concubine to give birth before his daughter did, especially if it was a son.
