38,500 for a basic model...when it comes to 10 plus years in service this should be sold for less than 15k no matter what was added or how it was maintained unless they can show a complete overhaul with engine replacement, When these things fail that's a hell of a walk back to the ground. this man sounds like dandy for the candy
To the guy walking up to the helicopter while it was hovering. I guess you don’t care about your safety or your head. That was a dumb or ignorant thing to do. And for what?
When the helicycle is on the ground, on its skids, the main rotor head is 7 feet high. Even knowing this, I wouldn't, and won't walk up under a hovering helicycle.
Jorge Dardon new kits including engine will put you right around 52k. I just spoke with the factory. Also heard through the grapevine (yet to be personally verified) that he's asking considerably less than kit cost
they stopped selling turbines a couple of years ago. You just look for them on the market now, saw a guy selling 12 of them at one point on ebay I think.
