They just recently changed owners in the middle of. 2023, but they still have maintained the quality of food + service. Still one of our favorite go to places!

Not sure how you managed to talk about great places to live in Lone Tree without saying “Ridgegate”?!? Walk to light rail, shopping, arts center, bluffs, rec center, neighborhood coffee shop, easiest access to I-25, etc. Some decent community events are starting to happen in the field next to the rec center. But at the end it sounds like lack of mature trees and smaller lot size ruined it for you. People who don’t live here that drive on Ridgegate Parkway tell me how much they like the look of the neighborhood.

Thanks for dropping a comment! I ran out of time when filming, but have plans to do a breakdown on the full Ridgegate Neighborhood buildout from the West of I-25 to all the proposed projects coming up on the eastern side of I-25. I managed to throw in some of the main places in western Ridgegate, just didn't call the full area out by name as its still in development. Thanks for watching and hit me up if you have questions on anything. Cheers!

Anything south of Colfax is doable 😂
