Great video Trev, nice one, will follow your lead when I'm back in August, bringing my bike over as I'll be over for a year at least all going well. Is there much of a cycling community in Pattaya? and would you cycle around much day to day? Looks nice and peaceful in the mornings. Not sure if i'll need to rent a motorbike if i have a bike. Just use bolt whenever I need to go a bit further/nights out etc as wouldn't needing motorbike everyday. Love the channel, will have to call into the buzzin bar during my time in the area
Hi Trev, can you suggest any other fun activities in East Pattaya, as I plan to rent house there but don't know what would be the best location, don't care much about bars though. Cheers!
The first time i came to Thailand it was on a Budha holiday so everything was closed in the city and my veteran friends took me to this lake . Because some bars where open and i will never forget that night and also i came back many times to the former Manneke Pis bar( a well known Belgian bar to drink Strong Belgian beers) sadly closed now. Have to go back one time .
I live in South Florida and i ride my bicycle daily. It gets pretty close to hot temperatures of Thailand with that dripping humidity. I never get used to the heat and the worst part of riding is breathing in that sweltering heat (im in late 50s). Thanks for the ride....you did very well.
@@Buzzinpattaya sorry to ask another question. Can you recommend a good place to buy a bicycle there? I'd be willing to pay up to $2500, preferably a gravel type.. If anyone else knows, please reply. Thanks in advance.
Great video did not recognize area with new roads being built brought back memories of me nearly driving off a unfinished fly over at night during a monsoon driving back from BKK lost. Is this another possible Buzzin Day out.
I have to admit that is a great way to get exercise, riding round and seeing the sights and at the same time giving useful and interesting information to your subscribers 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Trevor. Fantastic idea 🙏👍
Nice tour of the ride around the lake. The big house you passed on the way up the hill was a well known upscale restaurant i visited last year. Maybe it's closed for covid? Great food, excellent atmosphere.
Hi t. Been pattaya many times and found plenty of motorcycle rentals but never any bycicle hire shops do you know of any round the buakhao area cheers pal
Are there mountain bike hire shops in Pattaya you can recommend that will drop bikes off too our hotel down in Pattaya for couple days of hire we wana explore Pattaya on mountain bikes poss electric mountain bikes
good to know you can find "entertainment" outside the city. took a bit to finish the vid ... had to stop for a smoke and bite to eat. on the up side you took it easy enough that you didn't have a heart attack out of breath is a much better giggle.
Great video, mate. Had me cracking up 3 or 4 times, especially when Dave watched you ride through the big puddles! Thanks for the tips and tour on the lake area. Let us know if you're going to organize something once things reopen, maybe a sponsored ride to raise some funds for your food donations. Cheers!
Have to hire a bike and head over their next time I'm in Pattaya, looks interesting. I am all templed out, almost everytime I take a girl somewhere different, all they want to do is go to the temple, the monk puts a string round your wrist, then the girls gets upset when you break it. Dammed if I know why, maybe you can tell me Trev
Siam country club road you have missed one of the most iconic bars in Pattaya first bar down there the Butterfly Bar in the day great crack Cherry Tree anybody
The plan was to cut across the dam, but the tyre was still blocking the gate. If we'd then used the bike route you wouldn't have been able to see any of the bars or restaurants. Normally when not filming we use the cycle route.
Hi, great show, but may I correct you on your comment about Chicken Cross Roads. Chicken cross roads is so named from years a go used to be a Thai family that used to do rotisserie whole chickens that had been marinated for 3 days before cooking. They where always juicey never dry. There was not that man shops in those days. They could sell 80 + in a day, you had to book them or go very early. But now lots of traffic so you are playing chicken now to cross. I live at Maprachan 19 years and still have my house now near to Fishermans Rest. Show is great keep up the good work.
Ah thanks mate, I lived just up by Planet 10 years ago and they always called it this as it was so dangerous. Thanks for clearing this up mate, had no idea
Trev, if you want to expand ur lung capacity and all this labored breathing will stop when you walk, ride or run is get some balloons and start blowing them up, increase the balloon size and thickness do this until you find blowing get easy and then you will have no issue.

Great tour It is good to know that area is there .
It is better to get good excercise like you did rather than beer after beer ....
Well said mate

Nice tour of the ride around the lake. The big house you passed on the way up the hill was a well known upscale restaurant i visited last year. Maybe it's closed for covid? Great food, excellent atmosphere.
Ah thanks for sharing mate
I was guessing it would be the home of a senior Policeman or Military General.
I'm wrong again 555
Hi t. Been pattaya many times and found plenty of motorcycle rentals but never any bycicle hire shops do you know of any round the buakhao area cheers pal

Yeah indeed

Glad you enjoyed it
It is opening this week.
Good stuff
Mabprachan is my daily cycle for some exercise when in Thailand, very safe on that cycle lane that they made around the reservoir.
Agreed mate
Wish i could be there riding with you
When you are mate let us know and come join us
Thank you mate 👍🏻
The Fisherman Indian Restaurant is excellent and definitely the best Indian food that I’ve eaten in Pattaya 🥘
Agreed
Just wondering why you didnt use the bike path just to your left. Much safer away from traffic.
Because we could not show you all the bars etc as every 2 seconds a tree would be in the way lol
Nice ride Trev
Thanks 👍
Is it cooler by the lake than in Pattaya? What is the elevation?
Is nice and mostly flat
Are there mountain bike hire shops in Pattaya you can recommend that will drop bikes off too our hotel down in Pattaya for couple days of hire we wana explore Pattaya on mountain bikes poss electric mountain bikes
Mate btry Cadence Cycles in Jomtien

lol, my road bike is far easier than this mountain biking I can say

Considered VERY bad luck and disrespectful if you break it and if it breaks naturally they are upset as they wish you no bad karma or bad luck
Siam country club road you have missed one of the most iconic bars in Pattaya first bar down there the Butterfly Bar in the day great crack Cherry Tree anybody
haha true mate sorry
I worked out at Sanit Sports club 4 years ago :D
Nice one
Trev, why on earth did you not get onto the cycle lane that runs around Mabprachan, it's a lot safer than using the torn up road.
The plan was to cut across the dam, but the tyre was still blocking the gate. If we'd then used the bike route you wouldn't have been able to see any of the bars or restaurants. Normally when not filming we use the cycle route.
As David said mate
So beautiful and nice place 😮🤗😉👍😊🫰❤️🎉🎊🌴🏖
Thanks for visiting
heya Trev will comment again after but before hand .... forgot your next live was going to be wednessday
oh ya ...... thing
Hi mate
Anybody remember 'The Cherry Tree' Pub & Restaurant? A mock Tudor style building on the road from Mabprachan to Pattaya.
Good shout mate
