Fast trains in the snow at Trenton Jct | VIA Rail #60

6459! Pulled our Canadian consist last summer on train 1. Didn’t realize it worked the corridor but nice to spot it again!

Yeah all f40ph’s run the corridor as well as other routes just depends on via’s schedule. Soon they will be replaced by the scv-42s on the corridor but will still run other routes like the Canadian for the foreseeable future

Actually 5616 is an SD70I, which is more rare. You can tell because the CN logo on the nose is way smaller

Trenton is on the CN Kingston subdivision in between Oshawa and Kingston. It’s VIAs mainline between Toronto and Montreal/Ottawa
