      @@lpb1987 hello, I have already published the video with the solution, but, in my case was taillight gasket, it’s also common to find that with gas gasket, in most rare cases roofbars, I suggest to check gas gasket first, hope this helps 👌

    hey man, thank you loads!! my X1 was having exact same issue "PDC warning". same rainy day and much water in that compartment, i think this is a thing to check once a year.. my electronics didnt get burned, you saved me at least 100euro. bless you

      @@clauvio5855 so make sure it’s completely dry before install, I would suggest to check 2 things, n1 the plugs for the unite usually store some water in it, blow dry it, n2 gas gasket, if u removed the issue with tail light, it must be coming from the gas door, so have the gasket checked, it should be cheap and stops the problem permanently, i my self was lucky to find the issue in the rear lights gasket, but it’s very common gas door not sealed properly, last but less common issue, rain drain from roof bar, very uncommon I would leave this last as it is huge job, I really hope this helps and of course thanks a lot for watching

    Hey, thx a bunch, this pointed me in the right direction! Had the same exact issue with my X1. Parking sensors stopped working, the compartment incl. unit was flooded. For anyone having the same: Cleaning the contacts on the PCB with rubbing alcohol and drying everything up did the job for me, might be worth giving it a try before ordering a replacement unit! Now I just need to find and fix the leak :p

    Hi Gianni My 2022 BMW X1 sDRIVE18i M SPORT (F48) LCI right front sensors bleep randomly when there is nothing nearby. Any suggestions. PLEASE. BMW is basically saying NOTHING is wrong!!

    • @GianniHow
      @GianniHow  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, randomly bleeping nothing wrong? Well I would unplug the sensor it self, clean it with alcohol, plugs and everything, still randomly bleeping just replace it, about 25 euros on eBay. Hope this helps. BMW probably tested it out, it was working that moment and said everything is fine with out further investigation, it happens all the time.

    I have an Audi 2012. All the parking sensors have stopped working, and even the screen does not show anything about park. When I press the button, nothing happens at all. What could be the reason?

    • @GianniHow
      @GianniHow  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello there, not an expert on Audi, but, this feels parking module not working at all, I would locate the module and make sure everything is fine, my issue was water reaching the module and fry it, but there could be other reason, some time just a blown fuse, have a look at the diagram check what goes to the parking sensor module as well, it's ether the module or a fuse

    • @GianniHow
      @GianniHow  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      L’espressione head unit si riferisce alla radio, più precisamente alla parte dove inserisci i cd/dvd, quello pieno d’acqua dietro nel bagagliaio si chiama parking sensor module, se ti riferisci a quest’ultimo per trovarne uno uguale scrivi su google il codice numerico com’è scritto sul modulo stesso, o semplicemente scrivi “X1 E84 PARKING SENSORS MODULE”
      Se ti riferisci alla radio, l’ho presa su alibaba, c’è ne sono un infinità, scrivi “X1 E84 ANDROID” scegli semplicemente quella che ti piace di più. Spero di essere stato d’aiuto

    • @GianniHow
      @GianniHow  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It’s an amazing car to drive, I had, recently the chance to drive a 4 series 2016, I still prefer my x1, much more comfy, higher driving position and much better torque then the 420i 187cv( the one I tried) so I decided to stick with my x1, about consumption I can’t really say, here in London we go 20 mph on a good day 😅 I probably drive 3k miles in a year, anyway I personally do around 30mpg but I have seen close to 50mpg, it really depends the way u drive how fast etc.
