- The Housing is Healthcare initiative aims to increase housing and retention for those that are currently unhoused in Helena, MT as well as decrease inappropriate utilization of the emergency room and other crisis systems such as jail. The program also emphasizes increasing the use of primary care and improving chronic disease management.
