    I'm bolivian.
I have to deal with stupid drivers everyday and I bet the vast majority of them have low IQ, low analysis capabilities and low to non respect for other people wellness and/or life. The weakest point of our culture is, certainly, driving.
Thanks a lot for being so patient with so many stupid "human beings"

The person recording is so patient... After driving 400k+ miles in Florida I've learned to identify the problem and become part of it or I'll never get to my destinations. Looks like Bolivians just took this concept to the extreme! Haha

@@dashcamdowntown8777 thanks for answering. And how do you think they drive in Argentina and Brazil?

Hmmmmm. Argentina, in the city great. Unfortunately, some roads do need attention. Outside of the cities it's a bit like Mad Max, AC/DC ...... No stop signs ...speed limits.......no one gonna slow me down.......da,da,da :)
In Brazil they seem to be OK. Rio it's a bit mad with lots of traffic and no parking. lots of Police around to make sure things are OK.

I would have to say in Venezuela, they drive very eratically. Some of them don't respect the red light especially at night, no cops around. Motorcyclists are the worst they change lanes constantly. In Peru is terrible and similar like in Venezuela. In Colombia ,some drivers have culture and patience. It's seems to be OK in there but in rushing hours it becomes stressful in the cities but out of the cities in the roads, they drive more calmly.
