Personally, i feel like what makes her who she is now was her confidence. Yuri admitted she lost her confidence before because most ppl says her voice does not suit what most gg sings. The compliments she received from both the trainees and mentors really help her out.
tbh she still hasn’t even hasn’t had that much training, so it’s kind of amazing how good she is already. I think with a bit more training and experience she can become one of the best vocalists of this generation, and maybe even a soloist but idk what’ll happen after izone🥺💗
2 years later and I'm still addicted to her voice. Hope she still continues her singing after their disbandment... whether from another girl group or as a solo artist. Without anymore new contents of her singing is a very sad thought. :'(

Probably the reason why she's not on the dance line was because iz*one is full of lead dancer material. They got 2main dancer and 5 lead dancers. If they're gonna add yuri, they also have to add nako and minju because they practically on the same dance level. And if that's happen, iz*one dance line would be crowded.
