This is a whole new render of MMD, there is way too many same way of presentation and rendering nowadays and this really is sth different from the others, not to mention it is an awesome work. The camera and presentation work is awesome, animation graphics is top notch which on par with professional 3D anime. However I think motion fluidity can be further improve since this is a dance mv. Overall awesome work keep it up. Looking forward for your next production. ^.^

Cel/toon shading on the character combined with photo-realistic shading on the surrounding, really interesting concept.They just don't feel sync-ed up enough, as if they are combined from 2 separately rendered videos (which probably is the case). This could be improved by rendering them in the same pipeline under different shaders. To achieve the lower frame rate effect on Miku model, the update rate (rather than the frame rate) on the character can be somehow reduced manually, so that the frames match up when the camera is moving. As for whether this is doable or would turn out better, I wouldn't really know until I tested it myself though. Also, some of the black edges generated with edge detection is too 'thick', especially on the hand, like at 1:52. Those definitely need some fine tuning Overall, I think there's a lot of potentials for this concept to work with MMD and other 'anime'-ish CG videos.
