Hi! You do not need to enable any plug-ins to import MMD camera motion into UE5.
The easiest way is to convert the camera VMD files to FBX files and then import the FBX files to the camera in the UE5 sequencer.
The workflow is
(1) Import the camera's VMD motion into blender
(2) Convert this into an FBX file.
Finally, the FBX file is created and imported into the camera by the sequencer.
