  • In this video, we show how we assemble a pneumatic flush bottom valve.
A pneumatic tank bottom valve is operated automatically by single acting (air/spring) actuator or double acting (air/air) actuator. It is used for the bottom discharge of the tank and container by connecting the flange. Usually, the size of inlet is larger than the outlet. Outlet port has an angle, 45 degree or 60 degree, deviated from the inlet. The advantage of the valve is that the seat opens to the inside of the tank to avoid opening by accident when the pressure is excess in the pipeline system.
The pneumatic flush bottom valve is widely used for food, milk, beer, water , beverage applications .
Available in size: DN25/1” to DN100/4”
    Grade:SS316L/SS304
    Max pressure:10bar
    Operating temperature:-10°C to +120°C
Surface treatment: Ra less than 0.8μm
Features of our pneumatic flush bottom valve:
1.Zero dead angle discharge system avoids retention and bacteria
2.Compressed air push shaft to control valve’s open and close
3.Forged valve body and special seal is corrosive-proof
4.Clamp connection on the valve body makes it easy to maintain without dissembling the whole valve from the system
5.Air cylinder operation saves the labor.
