I'm so, SO happy that the 96 line were able to dance to a concept like this, especially Jun. He rocks a lot of different styles and while Seventeen has definitely had some sexy/hardcore dances (very simple terms cause I ain't no dancer), sensuality is something Jun truly shines in. He's arguably the best in the group and as a Jun stan, I love that he's given the chance to show that.
I think the reason even though Seventeen has enough members to be a unit's back up dancers, they refrain from doing so cause they want all the attention on the unit themselves. Once they start adding in other members people who have a bias outside of the unit will focus less on the unit and more on another member/members. I like the addition of back up dancers cause it really makes the audience focus on the unit themselves and hearing them talk about their close relationship with the back up dancers is also really cute! But they do use Seventeen as back up dancers for units on some occasions! Like if it's an overseas concert/performance and they don't travel with back up dancers the other members of Seventeen will act as a unit's back up dancers!
The one who choreographed this is choi young joon with his team, he also work with svt in many choreo, (he is the dance teacher for mnet produce 101) and choreographer for svt as well. I think hoshi took part for the choreo too.
