Averie seemed like a fine enough girl and she behaved about as well as a drunk driver does on these, but she wasn't even old enough to drink in the first place! Letting her off like that is signaling to her and anyone around her that a DWI isn't a big deal. I don't know how or why, but if everyone I ever met hates only PDF files more than drunk drivers, how did we allow our justice system to consider drunk drivers a threat hardly worse than getting caught spraying graffiti?! With all dui test, i think they should just do the portable breathe test only and stop wasting all this time with these other tests that are crap. If they refuse, they should get an automatic mandatory time in jail for their refusal, as absolutely NOBODY should EVER drink or take drugs and drive. These long other tests are just a waste of time, period. Even the police and lawyers have all said the test is set up to fail, so whsts the point!
