For sure! A friend’s father was an alcoholic. He drove her to kindergarten one day and when she got out of the car, she accidentally kicked something out the door. One of her dad’s bottles of whiskey shattered on the ground. She says she felt proud all day because she got rid of one! Kindergarten!

it's sad, it means she drinks so much she has developed high tolerance to it. I was interning at a rehab for a project and saw a guy walk in through the door with his bags in his hands, he walks to the front desk and puts his bags down, and with the momentum of putting his bags down he falls over forward on his face. They breathalyzed him and he blew a 0.54 lol, they called in an ambulance to transport him to the hospital just in case.

I know quite a few of women like this.
They just get defensive and attack people when you speak up and use being a mom as an excuse.
Most common thing you hear is…
“you don’t know what’s it’s like to be a mom, it’s hard and a full time job”
and then they start to shame you for telling them it’s not acceptable.
Now, for the first time, women are drinking more than men, based on data compiled by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) from 2021. For nearly a century, women have been closing the gender gap in alcohol consumption, binge drinking and alcohol use disorder.A

Another guy says, "One for the road?" And the guy says, "Yep, gotta get my kids from daycare by 6:30pm" 😮😮😮😮😮 I literally said out loud, "SAY WHAT? You absolutely cannot go pick up your kids right now. Call your wife. Now. Do it. Call her now." I wouldn't let him leave until she came to get him. The audacity of him to think he was ok to go pick up his kids. Luckily he was a regular lunch customer who understood that I had to protect him from potentially hurting his kids.
