Im sorry to hear this - did you try my recipe? I find that some gluten free flours don't contain enough xanthan gum, you may need to add some into the flour to add some strength to the structure of the cake! 👍

Looks gorgeous! Love the simple syrup soak too, makes such a difference.

What gas mark do you bake it at?
And what should I do if all my gluten free cakes collapse in on it self?
Could I make this cake in to a raspberry white choc cake by adding in choc chips and raspberries in to the mixture?
