Gotta love the guy, he started off as a bit of a douche but he just takes his duty very seriously and wants to protect the Duchess as best as he can, can only respect him for that.
Btw Jade you picked the right choices in the Father Knows Worst quest, the 3 brothers are working together now in the Clever Clogs tavern in the city and it’s the best place to sell all kinds of stuff, you’ll be able to sell everything here for full price!
You can even sell items here that nobody else will buy from you, like crossbow bolts for example, as far as I know this is the only place where you can sell them!
Selling your monster trophies here is also a good idea because you will make the most profit out if it!
The only problem with this is that Hugo doesn’t have much money on him so you can usually only sell a few things before he’s out of coin, however you can solve this by fast traveling or passing time for his stock and coin to be refreshed again!
Parties, parties everywhere; (well, an audience in Vizima for Velen), Novigrad Vegelbud's ball, Skellige wake, drunken cross-dressing in Kaer Morhen, wedding with Shani, and now the Mandragora with a duchess. Poor Geralt, he always says he hates dressing-up but someone always makes him.

Who went on to play Yennefer's mentor, Tissaia, the head mistress of Aretuza magic academy in the TV show (she is FANTASTIC!)
You'll hear loads of rubbish talked about the TV show
For me, series 1 was outstanding ... I've watched it all twice through, which I never ever do unless a show is exceptional .. only done that twice in the last 20 years (Star Wars: Andor is the other one ... starring Yennefer from this game! :) .. sheer quality)
MyAnna is superb as Yennefer's adopted mum, Tissaia ... who bought her from her dad for just 4 crowns. One of his pigs in the back yard would have cost 6 crowns ...
Yennefer was an unwanted hunchback, who escaped being raped by accidentally using magic ...
... Tissaia detected this extremely powerful magical anomaly, bought her, and recruited her into Aretuza magic school - and pushed her to the limit
After a suicide attempt, when Yennefer sees herself in the mirror and punches it, Tissaia enters the room and utters these words of comfort:
"Even if you were extremely beautiful, still nobody would love you ..." (lol)
There follows a terrific intercut scene where Yennefer loses her womb, basically, the price of becoming beautiful
Then ... it's the Aretuza ball, where the sorceresses will be paired off with rich and powerful leaders ...
Yennefer's name is announced and the doors open ...
An extremely beautiful, confident woman strides through, leaving everybody gasping ... (including me! - couldn't believe it was the same actress! Had to look it up on IMDB!)
So - in summary:
"The Witcher" TV series 1, is awesome
It stars MyAnna Buring - Annarietta in the game, but the ruthless "mother" of Yennefer in the show
And she's terrific in both!
AFAICT she also voices the bootblack

The next part of the main quest will start a massive sequence of quests, during which you don't have access to a smith anymore. I recommend to prepare properly, having a few repairkits, and get rid of everything you don't need in your inventory (junk, runes, extra gear etc.) to have the space for some interesting loot (you have less than 40 weight before starting the quest).
Other than that, you might want to explore Toussaint a bit more and do some quests before ending the main quest, though, you can still do all of that after the end as well.
I recomand to make the quest: There Can Be Only One
