About LIGHT BRINGER
The Reaper is a legend, more myth than man: the savior of worlds, the leader of the Rising, the breaker of chains.

This is the best series ever written.. I’m scared for it to be turned into a show or movie. I don’t want it ruined..

I wouldn't worry about it too much as Pierce Brown is really on it and won't let it be ruined (like he bought back the rights at some point). Besides, you can always just consider the book and the series or movie like two different but similar stories.
Also please no animated version, that would be a waste of an awesome story
whats wrong with it being an animation. one of my concerns for the live action would be the sizes of the different colors. gold is twice the size of a red, like how is that gonna work. if it was animated it wouldnt be a problem.@@NvmThemHereIAm

I am audio reading the "GraphicAudio" full cast version of "Red Rising Saga". The very best series I've encountered. I am waiting for the Dramatized Edition of "Iron Gold" to be released on November 18th. That day can't get here fast enough. Please, if you agree to make movies series out of this series, please don't let "Hollywood" dictate what you should put on the screen. If properly produced and directed, "Red Rising Saga", could eclipse all the box office film sensations to date. Even surpassing "Lord of the Rings", "Dune" and "Star Wars"! I really enjoy your writings! Keep up the great work, "Goodman"!

Thank you for this. You are a gem, Pierce. Also, you should know that after your response to the last question, I let out a loud "F**K"! The response you gave makes me both excited and very nervous. I'm ready for that type of emotional connection though, when it comes. I'm sure I'll also be in tears...I hope that they are tears of joy! I've been taking the book slowly (about 20% through) and I'm LOVING it so far! I think it may be the best book of the series so far and that is saying something. If I got the chance to ask a question, I would ask if you are driven to write something even greater than the Red Rising series because for my money...that isn't possible...but if it is, only YOU could do that! Thanks for doing what you do!

Love the series. I also bought the collectors edition of the Red Rising board game. Even if you arent a tabletop gamer the artwork on the cards is worth a look if you are a fan.

Im halfway into Golden Son, i googled a good book series to get into and found Red Rising. I’m audio booking them and also bought the books! But the narrator is amazing. Anyway I definitely want this turned into a movies.. fight scenes remind me of Romeo Juliet and Gladiator. With great cinematography and great soundtrack this series can be a contender. So many great characters.. “my howlers..”

If I remember correctly, Pierce isn't allowed to say much more about that until it gets further into the production stage. When there's news he can share, I'm sure he'll tell us as soon as possible.

Lysander is absolutely the villain. He wants to maintain apartheid and keep the colors in their place. He’s not good. The only good is freedom from the color system, which Darrow is fighting for.

I just don't like the stupid decisions Darrow made at the beginning of Light bringer... He literally put himself at the mercy of 🎻 & it was so out of character imo... Lysander is definitely evolving and flip flopping his own morality... Wonder if his brain is really his.
It's not. It's Octavia's reincarnated in a colder, somehow less human mind. The Pandemonium Chair made sure of that.
Pierce, you are waiting too long to get Red Rising to a screen. The genre has peaked and Netflix Rebel Moon appears to be very similar.
I think the story is epic enough to stand on it's own, no matter the timing. Rebel Moon seems like just another family sci-fi that the studios spat out
