It's actually popular in Japanese racing games, Initial D probably had something to do with that. But yeah, Evo 1-5 are only prominent in Japanese games, GT is the only game that has featured them all.
@@adlibbed2138 yeah GT never had the coupe, but it had both zenki and kouki variants back in GT1 and 2. From GT3 onwards it's only the zenki hatchbacks.
This is one of the cars which has the Anti Lag System from the beginning (don't know whether if there's any effect differences between this and the purchasable one, though).
I do have a soft spot for the III, as far as my favourate gen of Evo goes that would have to be either the V or the VIII, but the III is definitely one of my top picks.
Then we need the great Evo 7 and 8, and a Hawkeye and bug eye Subaru that'll be great, btw that bug eye Subaru are also rare in games aside from GT or rally games

Any reason why Evo III costed more than '04 WRX STI?
Is it because it meets classic car criteria being over 25 years old?
The STI can just be bought from Brand Central for 50k, as it's newer than 2001.
Evo 3 are alot more rare. That price is very realistic these days. If the WRX a spec C then it would probably be worth the same as a evo
