I like to have a mood station next to the level up station, also I highly recommend getting cooking and athletic skill up because that makes it so you can be another players “ butler “ and with maxed out cooking you could get lots of money

Tip for gardening: place a shovel and make a lot of digs and then plant in it. Its way cheaper than og method.
