thanks for the video, I have heard when the RoR "flatlines" like it did from 7-10m it can affect the roast quite dramatically, is this true? everyone always tells me my RoR needs to be decreasing consistently thanks

How are you getting the turnaround temps that low? When i followed this profile, my t/a temp was around 220F...

How do you feel this roaster does in a light floral-fruity coffee like an Ethiopian yirg?
The Bullet offers so much control it does a great job with all coffees, including floral-fruity Ethiopias.
Was your espresso a 1:1 ratio (18g coffee/18g espresso)?
