god i cried SOOOO much watching them get that award!! Taemin said he'll probably cry if he won the Daesang, and they did and he cried and it was something i was waiting to happen for some time!! The melon awards was my first korean award show so it was really exciting to see but when SHINee performed, it literally took my breath away. When they won the award and the ALL started crying it really shocked me at how humble they were especially when Onew just low bow while crying, really made me appreciate their music SO MUCH MORE.
How could I not cry when I saw Minho and Taemin, the ones that usually have to talk when the others break down, cry so hard that even Taemin couldn't talk at all. Yes, it's sad that they didn't have any hope for winning, but the fact that they cried their hearts out on stage shows how much that one win meant to them. Alright now about OMB, I could've done without those backup dancers but to be honest, I forgot they were there once Key started rockin'. I would love to see him freestyle to this, just for fun.
