Some from Best Buy, I think. Some from Walmart. Also got some recently from GameStop when they had the bundles at Buy 2 l, Get 1 Free (those aren't in this opening). Was all online purchases for me, I have very little luck in store.
Yeah, it can be really tough for some of these. The Alakazam box and the ETB were saved up from before. Booster Bundles are all from the recent online restocks.
