This set pulled me into collecting, i got the ETB when it first came out, paused my collection for a long time due to funding, and now when i can and want to return to collecting again the set is so out of reach expensive for me i cant collect sealed product and singles are cheap but buying sealed and opening it is just so much fun, but i want a 151 Master set so bad lol

Honestly, I think that is really hard to tell. There are people far more knowledgeable than me on here who probably have more valid opinions on that, like Danny Phantump. That said, the trend seems to be, so far, that demand is still really high and the price just continues to go up. Do with that what you will.

Depends on the size of the set. A lot of the Scarlet & Violet ones need the 12 card per page binders since those give you slots for 480 cards. Smaller sets can get away with the 9 page (like 151 or Shrouded Fable). I would also suggest zippered binders to keep dust out. Ultra Pro and VaultX are good options for brands.
151 will fit in a 9 pocket page binder as with reverse holos the set totals 360 cards exact. If you also want the alternate promos in the binder then you will need one of the 12 pocket binders that hold up to 480 cards. I personally like the 12 pocket pages because it let's me put a regular card, it's reverse holo, a regular card, it's reverse holo all in the same row. As for brands if you like zip binders gamegenic, ultimate guard, ultra pro all have pretty good offers. My preference is gamegenic but you might have to see them in person. If you don't want the zipper then dragon shield makes some excellent 12 pocket portfolios. I also really liked the legion supplies dragon hide 12 pocket portfolios as well. I think any of those would do you good!

My Crown Zenith Master Set attempt is still hurting for those. It's harder with the more generous sets because they eliminate some chances at the reverse holos.
hit rates are so rough for the restocks, aside from the charizard that was pretty rough. i opened like 40 packs and did even worse than you with no sar or even a good ar.
Well, the full arts are actually decently pricey for this set and that Wartortle is like $20 per. I never really expect to pull value equal to what these packs cost.

I get the sentiment. I have a few scattered pieces of 151 I am holding but these get snatched up super quick and most people can't find them. Even if they print it into the ground, I'd bet this set is likely to do well long term.

As of right now, I'm not selling anything. Though, it is something I will look into in the future. Grading, on the other hand, likely to happen sooner.

Physical stores in my area tend to get raised right after restock. I have found 151 in store just once since it released.

$25 isn't terrible for the zapdos box, but I think the MSRP is like $22? The Booster Bundle at $45 is probably a third party seller. I would avoid it
