My teacher whenever there is a group project has us give a “ grade “ to our partners and he takes that into consideration so that nobody gets off the hook from doing work

My teacher he just makes us turn in a paper stating how we are dividing the work (if you want to work together on every part u can just leave it blank and u all get the same grade). But if you write down what every person is doing, u only get graded for ur part.

It’s especially painful when you’re a Gifted and Talented kid in a 5th grade class, a perfectionist, and also socially challenged, and your bully is in your group. I missed ONE DAY(the planning day), and then basically I had to carry the whole group to a decent grade, using only spare parts from other groups. The things I do for others’ education.

I used to work alone and not have credit but that was a long time ago so now if my group dosen't work then I won't work it's that simple like if you think about it, if you refuse to work when they don't want to work they'll get motivated to work since they won't have anyone to do the work for them
