not for the scan mentioned in the tutorial. its just a safety precaution.
I’m pretty sure when in safe mode it removes all the unnecessary and unwanted stuff on startup
So it’s just barebones windows, or something like that no too sure but it’s not dangerous
this worked for me. the first method didnt work for me but the DISM method, once i went back into normal mode and got online, worked for me. it did not work in safe mode
does step3 will remove all of the things in pc？

She didn't said it but yes it removes everything its like having a brand new pc
None of it worked for me and when i try to reset it wont let me with Local or Icloud downloading, reinstaling windows D:
