I think people are sleeping on the Bears I really think its gonna be a close game. Especially with all of our injuries the game will be tough. Lions 47-13.
The biggest difference between last year and this year's lions are the kicker being trustworthy and the secondary being very good. Last year both units were big liabilities flat out.
I’ll be honest though our defense is so banged up. This is the first game in our last few I am fearing the worst. Our corners could be an absolute disaster
I think we'll be all right they're really fighting to at least tie the record for the most consecutive wins in a row Plus we need no offense the easier games that were supposed to win we really need to get the win because after this game the rest of them honestly could go either way and anyone who doesn't think football's a real job like I get it to sport and a game but they're putting their lives and bodies on the line there are sports people that have been killed before and who knows how many years this is taking off their life so it's definitely a job.
I am so sick of this narrative that Dan Campbell aggressive coaching cost them the NFC championship game! The Player DROPPED THE BALL!!!! It was a great call Goff made a great throw… and Renyolds DROPPED IT! Dans coaching style is the reason we’ve gotten where we are in the first place. We have an identity and it’s not changing now. If the players execute I like our chances against anyone in the playoffs!!!
Agreed!! Except...dropped it TWICE actually, on two different drives! Plus a missed interception on a bad pass that should've been so incomplete(or intercepted), but ended up turning into a catch for the 49ers at the goal line and an easy touchdown. As well as a fumble pretty close to the endzone which led to an easy score for the 49ers on another drive. And then also a screwed up punt that should've pinned them on the 1 yard line, but instead the guy somehow screwed it up and went into the endzone with it and gave them way better field position which led to more points.....those 5 drives in the second half are what gave the 49ers the game. Not Campbell's aggressiveness like people say, or the 49ers/Purdy's "amazingness" or whatever like everyone likes to say as well which is so annoying.....The 49ers didn't beat the Lions in that game, the Lions beat themselves, and blew it...that's just the truth, but everyone tries to blame Campbell, as well as even more so, say that the 49ers and Purdy were "just that good"...🙄So annoying!
100%. Against the rams in the wildcard, Campbell went for it on 4th and goal while we were up in the 1st half. It ended up being the difference in the game. Plus it makes us unpredictable on 3rd down.
People also ALWAYS forget our kicking game was atrocious last year and DC had no confidence in it. Now that we have Bates, DC doesn't feel obligated to go for it anytime it's questionable.
The Lions aggressive style was not the reason they didn't go to the Super Bowl. Their defensive backfield was. 49ers don't come back without a few key long passes the Lions failed to cover.
The WR dropping two fourth down passes, Gibbs fumbling, the D-line letting Purdy escape time and again and the LB's making him look like Michael Vick once he got loose. I'm with you. That was a classic case of a young team getting caught up in a moment that got too big for them. They weren't ready. But they learned and sometimes a loss like that is the best thing that can happen to a team on the rise. I remember Isiah throwing away game five at the Garden to Larry Bird. That was the Bad Boys baptism, just like that NFC championship blooded the young Lions. They learned. You can see it in their approach this year. Foot on the throat, never let up. Oh yeah. They learned, indeed they did.
I mean, 10.5 points is a lot, and division games tend to be more competitive. I wouldn't take a Chicago pick personally, I get it. We could basically dominate them and be winning 30-13, then give up a TD in last minute garbage time, happens all the time.
@@PhantasyStarvedYa that spread is a lot. I expect Detroit to win but when upsets happen to good teams its usually a divisional opponent. It's why Detroit lost to Tampa...when you play the same team 3x's in an 12 month window it's difficult

When you have the running talent why not use it, simply beacuse it works. Same with receivers, tight ends, etc. Fresh material is always better when in use.l
If Josh Reynolds catches one of the two passes he dropped, the Lions would have won against the 49ers and advanced to the Superbowl. It wasn't Coach Campbell's fault.
Campbell's aggressiveness made Lions REACH NFC championship game and DID NOT cost that game, it was two key dropped passes by ultra reliable Reynolds that cost that game!! Just FYI!

@ espn cbs they all got they favorites is all I’m saying they are bias media
Lions didn’t deserve the W!!
Bears barely lost to the 8-3 Packers and the 9-2 Vikings. If Lions don't play the Bears like it's a playoff game, They'll get trapped at their house on Thanksgiving. Bears are tired of losing and will come out fighting like hell to get to 10-7 for the season.
The Bears are a joke which is why they have the record that they do. We beat Minnesota and Green Bay in their houses already and you think the Bears are going to come to our house and win lmfaoooo clown. Keep that same energy after the game when we blow your doors off kid lmfao.
The lions will absolutely play the bears like it’s a playoff game.
That's my thinking as well. The Lions had better be ready for a tough, physical game.
Facts
The Bears are also awful on the road under Eberflus, and Detroit has scored 42, 52, and 52 their last 3 home games
Super Bowl favorites out the nfc Chicago bears 🐻 how that go nick wright 😂 every year yall hype yall selves up just to get here have u learned anything 🤦🏾♂️
Trap game, Bears win.
I hope not, but the thought did occur to me.
Williams is the most overrated QB I've seen in ages...😂!....and some were even talking about "Gold Jacket"!...😂
Lions should DEMOLISH him and have him running for his life!...👏🏾
15-21 patriots lacked leadership but they won 3 super bowls.
ONCE AGAIN we are here to listen to paid professionals tell us about Dan Campbell's "aggressive calls" losing us that NFC Chip game and not the entire 3rd quarter and half the 4th of the lions NOT catching footballs and NOT tackling ballcarriers.
🙄
These days it doesn't matter what your eyes see. If your peers keep spouting a falsehood over and over, you'll eventually just start spouting it too. This is hilarious.
Na Eminem sold his soul. We dont him anywhere near this team
100% I said the same thing ... Endorses Kameltoe
Lions are hopeless! They’re going to give this game away at the end! Typical! SKOL Vikings! Thanks Chicago!
Very cowboiest way to lose.
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” -1 Thessalonians 5:18 KJV
Is this satire?? Smh
What does the stupid narrative of last year's NFCC game have anything at all to do with this game??
Anyone with a sliver of football knowledge or that actually watches the Lions play a football game knows that the 4th down decisions that DC made in that game absolutely did not contribute to the loss. Fenceposts like Kindle Vildor on the other hand....
Dumbest QB in franchise history
