In first round you have to give your information as I told you then if you got selected then you have to give your SAT or CSAT and then give the score.In the third round you have to Give an Application like Essay ( for about 3-4 pages) about how much you like the school or GKS then an interview about how much you love the school , your education etc. I hope you got the info you wanted BTW what will you apply I will suggest you the university's for that. Commonly almost of university in seoul have higher reputation than another university in other side. Sejong have middle grade in seoul and have high grade in whole korea. You would fine sejong in 11~20rate, if this video are made longer.

If you look for universities in korea, the major you want is liberal arts, there are german, Italian, chinese, Japanese, not sure for frensh. There are 2 different tracks ; english and korean. If you don't speak korean take the english track, if there is no english track you will have to take korean classes, some universities have their own center, so check this out too. Some admission guide are not in english so it would be hard for you if you don't speak korean. Hope it helped :) FIGHTING!
