I liked this video and the way it was edited. Loved the shop set up, how you guys checked and re-checked everything and looked into every part to understand how it works and how it should be put together. Clean and organized shop; love the white! Cool!!! This said, I've never been an avid used of adjustable wrenches (03:05) as they mess up every bolt head but I guess that's OK considering everything else. Nice work guys!
I just wish somebody would show us how to torque the pulleys nuts? How do you hold the pulleys so they don't spin while you torque the nuts to the proper specs? I know for the chain drive I have a tool that looks like a set of steps that hold the pulley from spinning but what do you use on a belt drive pulley?
You're work is impeccable ! I wish you were in the states because you would definitely be my builder !
I wish they were in Australia , they,d be my builder to
Awesome job.
Gotta love a clean workshop and attention to detail.
My life would be just fine if I never hear that song again
Don't struggle getting the belt on like these guys, offer the clutch pack and front pulley up together with the belt looped around them first. 🤨
Very nice job !!! Congratulations from Brazil.
You did a very good job taking care of that installation.

Great vid, looks like you know what your doing.
Run cooler ? Last longer ? Runs smother? Is it worth the money in the long run ?? These are the questions I'm looking for
was the belt riding off the front sprocket ...not aligned ?
Yep, they needed an offset pulley insert! Its been 8 years since filming - I'd be surprised if they got 8 months out of it. 🤔
Cool vid, guys. I enjoyed watching the process.
Excellent job guys, thanks for sharing!!

Cut a flat bar a little longer than the distance between the engine sprocket and the clutch hub, and place bar in between hub and sprocket.
@@marthadao2903 doesn't work on the BDL belt drive. Please read my other reply
Tony, BDL # CLT-100, is a clutch lockup tool, less than $25, and works like a charm. Hope this helps.
You got really lucky in that starter that's all I got to say
Why is the belt on the front pulley NOT all the way on the pulley?
+19jody72... I noticed that too..!!
Didn’t use red locktite on the main shaft and inside the clutch hub. Bad idea.
type 5 also can change Belt Drives?..how i want to get that?..i need to change BDL also for my zero type 5..pls help me!!
Front pulley needs to be spaced out 1/2 inch.
thats what i was wondering also.how can they post this video like this?very nonprofessional
Jokers. Do you just keep your finger on the trigger of the impact until it stops ??
You go full gorilla on it then yoy know it's torqued down tight, lol
Toque bolts spec?
good n' tight
can the music otherwise good. You might want to consider a torque wrench

No torque setting 🤷🏼♂️
I think if the average American or UK Harley rider spent as much time squatting down as these guys they wouldn't be able to ride for two weeks !
Holy hell someone has zero taste in music
