The idea of controlling 1 lamp in any location is that when you flip ANY one of the switches , the lamp will reverse its current state (ON to OFF or OFF to ON). Its not consistently happening in this circuit. One example is 2:05 point of this video where the lamp is in OFF state, if you flip switch1 or switch2, the lamp will remain in OFF state.
Your switch changes seemed to show that the configuration will work with all four switches. Yes it does if you change the right switch in the right order as shown. Let’s try this one. Sw1 (right) power to com, sw to L1, sw2 to L2 sw2 com (no power) so light Off. Now change sw3, light Off, change sw4, light Off, Change sw3 again, light Off. So, to answer the question, Does it work? Answer in certain cases, yes. Does it work correctly in all cases? No it does not. But at least, it got lots of views, Right?
Work not!!! We have all switches turn on (1:45), if now I turn off on the first or second switch, I *can't* turn on with switch 3 or 4! Only with Switch 1 oder 2.
this wiring switch only in condition if lamp swich-on you can switch-off from any switch, if lamp in condition switch-off you can switch-on only from 2 switch, you will confused to switch-on the lamp with switch number1 or 2 or 3 or 4 if you dont switch-off the lamp..

That's even cheaper to set a wifi switch and as much apps on smartphones as you want in order to control that lamp! :) From anywhere!
