KOSTbar Sauerland --- Koch/Köchin im Landhotel Gasthof Schütte

Der Name drückt es schon aus: Es soll um das Kostbarste gehen, was ein Betrieb hat, nämlich seine Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Der "Tag der Gastronomie" will in erster Linie den beruflichen Nachwuchs in den Mittelpunkt stellen, aber auch die Betriebsinhaber, die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind eine Zielgruppe dieses Aktionstages.

First person to post a comment ? Nice ! Two years ago I visited the Gasthof Shutte after a visit to the Schwarze Fabrik a few kilometers further. I ordered a "hot chocolate milk". To my surprise I got a real big cup (rather a small swimming pool !) of delicious,lovely smelling, warm chocolate milk accompanied by a massive scoop of whipped cream, a few HOMEMADE biscuits and some amaretto-advocado liquor in a little glass.
I guess that was "as close as Heaven can be" concerning a cup of hot chocolate milk.
My advice : if you are near Oberkirchen in Sauerland, pay a visit to this Landhotel... and walk around in the nice interior of it !
