I always make bread pakora at home with the whole slices of bread. Perfect tea time snack for the whole family! But I also love the idea that these ladies employ of cutting them into circles. Makes interesting shapes!! Gotta love the dedication and hard work of these two ladies. 🙂🙏

@@pillaiaryarajendran4682 I hear you! Actually, the rest of the bread portions can be frozen in freezer bags, never mind that some of the potato filling might be clinging to them. Then when you need breadcrumbs for any recipe, without thawing, just give the frozen bread portions a quick pulse in the mixer grinder, to yield tasty breadcrumbs (potato filing bits add to the flavour of the breadcrumbs). Another exciting way to use the breadcrumbs is to make a savoury pudding with grated cheese, some milk, butter, herbs like coriander or parsley, finely chopped and sautéed vegetables like carrots, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, potatoes or left-over mashed potatoes or potato filling, green peas just as you would a sweet bread-butter pudding. Eggs are optional. For added flavour, toss in some roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts. Bake and voila! A delicious breakfast bake is ready!

A very clean stall run in hygienic manner. My favorite item from college days where they cut the bread into triangle and fill the stuffing as a sandwich. This way is unique and very appetizing. Would luv to try when visiting the city. BTW- what was the price. I hope the cut bread is not thrown away and fed to cows or can be dried to make bread crumbs for crunch.

Very nice preparation, yet sister if you give the entire slices it will be valued.
Just for the sake of design it it non economical , money wise and hunger satisfaction. People are paying for the complete slices.I remember many years ago I, myself requested for the sandwich with crumbs.

By cutting in round shape their purpose is to save oil and make it smaller in size
