Aha. Finally found the reason why you're called Boaty. Not what I expected but very cool. A music related connection that stems from a free(ish) lunch is always a winner.
Imagine if life had panned out differently. You'd never have had such an enviable fleet to enjoy those quality roads in

I'm presuming the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns negatively affected the restaurant/staff & your hosting role there. Did it close completely or switch to takeaways? Now a few years on has everyone bounced back from covid (as hospitality was hard hit unless they were able to switch to just takeaway service). If u r planning do that bed & breakfast above restaurant, would you have to stay there to do breakfasts or would you still b able to go home around 11'ish. You wud have to remember to cook eggs with whites on if doing cooked breakfast as part of the b&b offer. Interesting that Sean films that he adds extra egg white from a carton to his egg meals & u r complete opposite only eating the yokes. Isnt the main nutrician found in the yoke tho - may b wrong. I use my big fry pan & wok for cooking one pot meals & agree it saves energy & washing up.

We did ok actually. We closed for ten days or a fortnight then reopened for takeaways only. Increased demand allied to decreased staff costs meant that the revenue remained pretty much unchanged. I’m planning upstairs to be an Airbnb shared space design, so effectively self catering although obviously in the evenings they’ll have the restaurant option. I’ll make stuff available in the kitchen but I’m not cooking breakfast for them! It’s inevitably going to mean spending nights there though, so I’ll set myself up a private suite.

Can't you do your editing on the iMac? I'm assuming there is more space available on the harddrive than on your iPad?

The MacBook would be the one, but I can’t get my head round it! The app works differently. I’ve learned how to do it on iPad, though God knows it was a tortuous process, and I can’t be arrised to learn all over again! I can upgrade the iPad in October, so that will solve the problem.
