My knee replacement was in June. Since August I've had a rough recovery. I did 4 months of PT. Pain began 2 months after surgery. Had a Genicular Ablation which really didn't help with the pain. So still dealing with pain and poor ROM. Maybe I'll try the Tens and exercises you demonstrated. Thank you for the video!
Thank you Tony! I'll be trying this technique. I'm 4 months post op on a TKR. Flexion has been difficult beyond 105 degrees due to hamstring tendons cramping as they wrap into the knee joint....and bakers cysts. You covered those challenges and gave me hope. Love your channel. I would like to mention that I've had acupuncture sessions that greatly reduced swelling in my knee. Icing and elevation didn't take away enough swelling, but acupuncture worked really well for me.
Thanks for posting. I'm at 13 months postop and 100 degrees, knee still feels like a concrete structure that I'm trying to bend ...just doesn't want to flex. I'm going to give this a try although I'm nervous about the kneeling!
The tens really helps. I also use the massage gun you showed in another video. The problem I have is I achieve good flexion but it doesn't stay. I'm so frustrated. I also use the wedge and it really helps increase flexion.
Would the Tens machine help with the thigh and/or calf pain to start the circulation you have spoken about in other videos re massaging? Other question, I've had good results with Tens and sore neck in the past, but how early in TKR recovery can u safely use? Isnt there a secondary incision inside the knee area toward the side that you can't see, so what if you happen to put electrode on that? Thx again Tony!

Thank you. Yet again.
Do you have any thoughts about Capsaicin Cream?
I have the 7000 and love it, but at 3½ weeks out, ain't no way I'm kneeling on my knee yet.

I’m having shin pain and ankle pain at night. 2 month po. During the kneeling exercise my Achilles hurts.
At what point should we kneel like that after surgery?
Would it work for post patella fracture surgery? I am still having trouble with bending my leg 😮
