Everyone is different but I do think if you do all things I said things will definitely turn around, so again if you are not able to do those things, take smaller steps to be able to do so, and if you get to a point where you can go to gym, yoga or art classes etc, but you feel you can't talk to women there, still go, just to build up your social skills. And set yourself smaller targets, such as going on your exercise bike for five minutes a day, and eating one healthy meal a day for one week End of edit. Good news is for 90% of guys simply getting jacked will get you women, since it makes your face look better and you generally look hotter for women. So literally just workout for 3 months consistently and with clear goals and you will see more matches, more results. Working out solves like 80% of female issues for males. If your face is really fucked up you might still have some trouble, but tbh being fit counts for a lot, like you'd be surprised by how much.
Looks do matter, but men overestimate how much. Charisma can triumph over looks, but you need to be gud. Good news is for 90% of guys simply getting jacked will get you women, since it makes your face look better and you generally look hotter for women. So literally just workout for 3 months consistently and with clear goals and you will see more matches, more results.
For me personally on online dating, make sure you're very sexually aggressive right away. Not like rapey, but make it known you want to have sex at some point.

So you wanna be sexy to her in every case, but just in long term relationship maybe don't escalate so much on a date to have sex and take it slower.
