Was it confirmed that she has issues with her stifles?

The vet does feel she would benefit from stifle injections, and we have done that and combined that with ROM stretches, and strengthening. We do offer online courses for the stifle at pivotpointequine.teachable.com if you would need guidance on how to help your horse through equine PT.
