    Again an informative video, but . . . . its just a gesture to improve the quality of your videos.
    By TH-cam I have the choise to see and enjoy your videos at 1080 and 60 frames. My experiance is that 1440 and 1080 looks much smoother with 30 frames.
    I would like to meet you Q3 or Q4 this year, when the situation is a bit normalised and international traveling is possible again.
    Much success and I wish you much happiness and health !! ;- )

      devisser55 I did a lot of research on this prior to starting my channel. Most films you see normally see in the Cinema are shot and shown at 24 frames per second, 30 frames per second is the Television standard. Although many people group 24 and 30 together as the cinematic film rate. When a movie is filmed on 35mm film stock, twenty four frames per second would mean a standard 1 hour and 30 minute film would be 24 frames x 60 x 90 = 129,000 images of 35mm film stock. 129,000 images to be developed. It would more than double at 60 frame rates, but 24 is the lowest the film makers can get away with. Lord of the Rings a high cost production was filmed on 70mm and at 60 frames per second, but at a lot more costs. The film makers said the ultimate is 60 frames a second. I think the later Star Wars were also 70mm / 60. Digital cameras obviously has replaced the film cameras and they work differently. If I shoot at 24 or 30 the automatic digital settings take clear crisp 24 photos per second, without the motion blur you get using a rolling shutter film camera. So there are a lot of filters to change the digital settings even editing software to add rolling shutter motion blur. So because I use digital cameras, filming at 60 frames a second gives me generally clear crisp 60 photos per second. Just changing the settings to 24 or 30 makes the footage very shaky, I have tried it. So the best option for me using the cameras I have is 60 frames as I just haven't the time to change the automatic settings using filters. In dark areas like in the market, 24 frames per second would allow along exposure and a lighter image, but when it comes to editing I have the problem of two different frame rates being edited together. I soon plan to ket a 5.7 K 360 degree camera, which also shoots in 60 frames. Since I would be cutting out sections of the 5.7 K footage it would but edited at 1080/60. Although the lower frame rate decreases file size, higher definition adds file size, and my internet is not the best. Eventually I will upgrade to 4K /60

      @@villagepeoplephilippines Its like communicating .. .. .. I understand your explaining and you are right .. .. but I only can receive your channel by 1040 / 60 and that's looking shaky when you move. I am sorry but it is what it is and thats why my comment/ advise. Keep on going with your video's, which I enjoy and respect. Some more smalltalk with the natives I would like too. Its about original and local views, isn't it ? My respect and have a happy and healthy life !!

      @@villagepeoplephilippines I understand your message and agree. You'r doing fine and probably its about a problem here.
      Is it possible talk, communicate with locals more often ?
      Anyway . . . much luck and health.

      @devisser55 I talk with people I meet when I can but most don't want to be on camera. If 1080/60 looks shaky, it could be a graphic card issue and you are dropping frames which would explain it. I use a macbook pro to edit and don't get any dropped frames so it doesn't look shaky at all when I view. Thanks for the input.

    I am so interested in your videos. All of your hard work is very much appreciated.
    If I could make a suggestion, I would recommend indicating on a map the locations of your articles.
    I am very interested in Toledo, how is the pandemic affecting life now?
    Are there restrictions for old people ? Restaurants? Travel to San Carlos? Travel to Cebu city ?

    Seems like a sad place, Toledo. So much fish in that market. I wonder how much of that fish actually gets sold?

    • @devisser55
      @devisser55 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don't worry. It will be sold and eaten today or tomorrow. You still can dry the fish or use it in a soup or another meal .. .. ;- )
      And then, it's still early for the miners and their families, because lots of them get payed at the end of the day.
