I built my own electric bike pictured in my comment. The best riding e-bike I've ridden. They sell a close similar framework out of California called a Plum e-bike. Mine is going 80v1000w in the next few days. I have built two of the West Coast Chopper one black the other steel. Steel one is my favorite Rat-e-chopper The Black Knight is the other one.
Use the electric lawnmower battery packs if you want power over distance. Simple speed controller swap to 60v can utilize the Greenworks while the 72v controller can utilize the Atlas 80v out of Harbor Freight cheap enough at $109 EACH. Can buy 4of them to reach 10ah way safer than the battery packs built over Seas. 4000w discharge means that 1000 will never experience the "sag or lag" those e-bike battery tend to experience because they only discharge 1000w max. You have to at least use a battery that has an output double the bikes wattage. 1000w should discharge 2000w to keep from experiencing the lag in motor.

The one dancer who wore Chuck Taylor high tops, when she would sprint up on stage and jump to a sudden stop, she made everyone hold onto their pitcher of beer. There is a fat tire bicycle company out of AZ that makes an electric kit for under a grand to adapt their bikes to electric power, they also have a full build of a gas powered bike for about 2 grand. Lots of fat tire bikes that are made for tall and big(fat) guys like me. Sikk

The legal speed limit of a Class 3 electric bicycle with no drivers license required is 28 mph. Any faster than that and it needs to be registered with DMV, and you need a motorcycle drivers license.
