Thanks for doing the traditional bookshelf tour! I'll gladly watch the newer overview tours you mentioned, but these more traditional tours are far and away my favorite videos to watch on booktube. I can only imagine all the extra work it was for you, but it is greatly appreciated.
I loooooove looking at other people's bookshelves! Loved this tour. I think of myself as pretty well-read but I was humbled by seeing your collection! I haven't heard of 80% of them at least; it makes me excited to think of all the good books waiting out there for me to get around to reading them. Also, fun fact since you love Fallout too, when I was put on bed rest for 7 weeks with my first pregnancy fallout 3 saved my sanity! I played probably upwards of 6 hours a day 🤣
Love the tour! I’m like you in that the only books on my shelves are the ones I love, would read again, and recommend to others. I have a smaller shelf for my unread books and one for unhauls that friends\family can take.
I can't imagine how long this took to edit! So many books I love or want to read here. My favorite short story nominated for a Hugo is from Made to Order, so I've got that collection on my radar too!
This was definitely the biggest editing project of my booktube career lol 😂 but I had a great time doing it! And I need to catch up on the hugo award noms, so good to hear the story from Made to Order is a favorite!
I love your bookshelves 😍 Thanks for taking the time to film it! There are so many books on your shelves that I want to read. I'm currently reading Dune and enjoying it 😊 I'm planning on reading The Push soon too!
I was thinking that you might like The Gentleman Bastard Sequence (Lies of Locke Lamora, Red Sea Under Red Skies, etc) and then there they cropped up right at the end! When I was first reading these there were only a few of the books, I can't believe the whole series is now seven books! I dunno if I have the energy for that haha. Thanks for the video :) I added Loosed Upon the World to my TBR and now really want some more candles...
Loved seeing your book shelves! And thank you for taking the time to show us each book. I can't imagine how much time that took. You have such a great collection!
I love this tour! Watched it while I ate breakfast for some "company." Our bookshelves overlap quite a bit so I was excited to jot down some titles I don't have that look interesting.
Keramzin is the town where Alina Starkov and Mal Oretsev grew up; from Shadow And Bone. Also, Times Conquest, by Deborah Harkness isn't a prequel, although it does deal with the consequences of acts committed in the past. I loved The Calculating Stars so much that I had to get the rest of the books in the Lady Astronaut series. Alas Babylon was excellent but was a very uncomfortable read.
Thx for asking! They’re the billy bookcases from ikea. You can buy it as a large set that I believe comes with 4 cases, but I just bought my book cases individually!
Great collection! I’ve found myself really craving a good sci-fi and/or fantasy novel to read, and you are definitely the expert 😂 any recommendations?

I think Keramzin is from Shadow & Bone haha I know you just binged it!
Omg yes! I forgot about half the locations in S&B already 😂
Yep! It's where Alina and Mal grew up :)

I think I have a similar orientation to the books I own as you - I only wanna keep what I love!
The thing that Cooper chose to scratch The Whisper Man had me laughing. I remember how scared I was while reading it. Thanks for the tour!!! ❤

I loved the first book! But I feel you on maybe not having the energy to continue 😅. I feel I'm too far behind and the series is way too long now lol
I will watch this again. I see many things to add to my tbr 🔺Soror 😊
Thank you! And always happy to help grow your tbr ☺️

Hey there, would you mind telling me where your shelves are from? My home needs help!! Need shelves and yours seem to be holding up well:)
Thx for asking! They’re the billy bookcases from ikea. You can buy it as a large set that I believe comes with 4 cases, but I just bought my book cases individually!
What's this edition of the Last wish? It's gorgeous 😍
Thank you! It’s actually not any special edition, just orbit’s newer hardcover version. I got it from Barnes & Noble 😀
@@ToriMorrow thanks!
My (already long) TBR list grew significantly in 40 minutes...😅
