No more PVP focused bull. Dissidia was great for the story, adventure mode, getting to see the characters interact, doing challenges. It honestly does not need multiplayer at all. Because when they focus on multiplayer it overshadows everything and ruins it.
The FF community is very lucky to have such talented people voice their characters and not only doing it with professionalism but also genuine passion for what the franchise means, as fans themselves. What a lovely chat, really resonated with Matt when he was talking about the FF7 weird playthroughs trying all the internet myths on how to [reverse that one spoiler], like he said they were all BS but they served as an excuse to run the game again and you didn't even mind that they were lies, just happy to play again and again.

Natural Six actually has a huge collaboration project, it's called the "Deck of many Friends". I assume they will all guest at one point and Matt is on there, as well as Neil Newbon, Robbie Daymond, Anjali Bihmani, Abubakar Salim (loved him so much in Downfall omg), Rahul Kohli and many many more!

Honestly I think he will at some point. But Crit Role hasn't really had a lot of guests in C3 atm. I mean not even Khary Payton has made an appearance this campaign and he is like a close friend with them. It is a big reason I can't wait for C3 to end. It has been go go go for so long, they just haven't had any episodes to have fun and bring in guests. I mean they've had Downfall, Calamity, and EXU that brought in a ton of people. So maybe that is why we haven't gotten too many.

When Ifrit attacks Joshua, Clive’s reaction is so dire and almost childlike in his thought process and delivery. The way Clive’s voice reverberates when he says ‘Pleeease’ was profoundly delivered and completely devastating.
Hats off to whoever thought using the voice actors to promote the game so much. I’ve now watched many interviews of the recent cast. I know all of the stories and I just love hearing them talk. They’ve made me more excited for the games than any of the trailers honestly! Great casting in ff7 and 16

I’m just a little older than Ben (39 to his 36) and my parents couldn’t afford a console until they bought a PS1 in 1997 for me and 7 was my first real transformative game. I totally feel every bit of emotion he felt.
I relate to Ben’s experience on the same level. Some of my last moments with my grandfather (who bought me VII and VIII as a kid, and effectively transformed my life) were me talking about the story of these specific games with him. His words to me were “never lose your passion.” I connected with him about the games just before his passing, and I wear as lion around my neck because our last conversation was specifically about VIII when spoke these words to me. Truly remarkable to me to know others share similarly situated memories.

Anyone and everyone who played FF8 for the first time got goosebumps during that intro cinematic. Also, Ben talking about the raw delivery of one of Clive's most emotional lines was great. The controlled anger he displayed when Clive FINALLY talks back against his mother was one of the best scenes in the game for me.
I have not finished the game yet but Ive gotten a fair bit through it and i can say Ben Starr is Clive. No one else could have made him such a perfect emotional character. Such an amazing performance. It’s an experience with every cutscene.

Matt was always a high point in whatever game I heard him in. Really top notch. Ben... really made FFXVI for me. That passion that he has for the series came through as clear as day in his performance, and I really look forward to hearing more of him in the years to come.

My brothers recorded as many of the major cut scenes from FF7 on our VCR, especially from the early game. I remember just watching the cut scenes around leaving Midgard over and over back then because we'd never seen anything that cool before.
