I had no question the Celtics would win this series even after game 5. We just dominated the whole series for the most part. Barring an unfathomable collapse this was easy to foresee.
G Williams was mvp of the series wearing down Giannis with body bump D. He really threw Giannis off his inside game, and it is crazy after all that contact he could shoot 3s so well tonight.

Giannis played absolutely terrible. Such an overrated/one dimensional player. I know that’s a hot take for some. But he really is. Takes 3-4 steps (no travel calls often because it’s Giannis) puts his head down, throws elbows and tries to make a lay up which many times he misses be abuse his fundamentals are terrible but a lot of times goes in as well. He’s very dominant especially because the refs give him the benefit of the doubt but when it comes to basketball skill…he’s just average. Imagine if he was say 6’6 210-220? He would just be an average player who can’t shoot from outside. If you solely look at numbers you’d think he was amazing. But he doesn’t make his teammates better, not a good passer, not a good shooter, pretty good defender mostly again due to his length and that’s about it.
Bruh that’s bs, sure he does get some fouls on his side but averaged 40 10 and 5 for the series I think, also he is not overrated and he is a great passer, rebounder and defender, but Giannis he was terrible in the 2nd half but overall this was a great series and giannis played amazing

I understand you’re the type who doesn’t watch the games and just looks at highlights and numbers at the end… sure he’ll get his points off his one dimensional play like I said (plus the fact the refs would NEVER foul him out) but he is 100% overrated.
