Koi v ho only graduate hone se hi bank job dega, q ki itna jada sales target pressure hai ki log jada din tikta hi nehi, 100 me 75 resign deta hai. Dimag kam karna bandh kar deta hai itna kharab bartab milta hai. Dunia ka sob se kharab pressure ka kam hai ye, jo join nehi kia hai usko pata nehi or wo mera bat avi samjhe ga v nehi.

Agar aap jindagi mein kuch bhi na kar payein toh ICICI Bank mein Sales executive (sorry so called PO program) join kar lijiye

@@sherilvimal8104 review is bad because it’s a sales profile and in sales you have high sales target and pressure and also in bank there is a high sales pressure. So it is advisable if you can work under pressure and you can communicate with clients. You can do fieldwork, you can sell banking production services, then only join otherwise kindly do not join this program

Basically, in operation department, they do not accept this much age gap, Also even if you get selected, your salary will be entry level as you are a Fraser for banking,

Generally they take candidates with 55% but sometimes if the percentage is near to 55% they consider in some cases. But attend the interview they will discuss this with you
