Why the hell bankers have to work for 10 -12 hours even on Saturday in the digital age. RBI, LIC and Income tax office have 5 day working. Why are bankers punished. Whether it is private or PSU banks they should have only 5 day working and branched should be closed by 6 pm. They have family with school going children. How many days our Parliament is working

I myself have a experience of working in private bank and whosoever watching this comment please dont come in banking sector its worst i got a salary of only 13k per month after passing mba finance with 80% , they'll give you a sales job with which you're not prepared and the Targets are impossible to achieve, it is possible if you're a cunning, dont have a self respect and ready to do unethical and lie alot then in thst case you'll achieve targets, customer bhi galliya deta hai, upper management and manager bhi gaaliya dete hai, sources bhi galliya dete hai tum ko basically bs gaaliyaan and aggression jhelne ke hi paise diye jaate hai woh bhi roz roz bataakr beta you're getting paid

Sir , I have qualified in RRB Po mains and will appear in interview. But, i will join as a Postal assistant in this Oct only ..and maybe a week or two before the interview. Shall i have to submit NOC in interview as i have not mentioned about this in application form? And if yes, getting NOC in two week may not be possible ..

To all people working in public sector banks, if you are willing to switch your state frequently then this is probably the best job in the world. All you have to do is to tighten your skin, stick to rules and you can easily retire with minimum 4-5 states shuffle.
For private bank employees who are thinking to switch to public , one info would like to share with you all that public sector have avg working hours of 10. You have salary benefit for sure. Gm of public sector bank gross salary is 2.5 lacs . Now you can calculate. To be a gm , u need hardwork, state shuffling every 3 yrs, good rating and lot of other pushes ( i hope you understood what i am talking). Minimum tenure to be a gm is 20 yrs.

Hi I have been working as a Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry my starting salary was 16k 3year back but presently Im having 42k . But the good thing is 5days working and 2 days wfh although travel is there for somedays. Honestly speaking im not looking for govt job. neither i have tried much i know some private companies from Germany Italy US Japan their work life balance and perks are better than any govt job . PA/SA through SSC CGL 22 and PNB clerk
which one to choose?

IBPS clerk me pressure toh nhi hai lekin privatization ka risk hai ssc apne aap me sarkar hai
PA/SA me bhi customer dealing h . Bank me bhi.. pnb clerk is better in terms of salary or perks or in terms of promotion as well. Go for pnb. Its better. PA/SA will have same pressure.
Don't join public dealing job koi bhi ho ssc yaa bank kisi aur cheese ki teyari kar lo bhai ......eik hi to jindgi hai kyu narak mai jaana chahate ho.....Mai wahi se aaya hoo.....

I work in hdfc bank since last 7 months i saw people getting warning on regular basis ... Ppl taking wrong calls ... And complains being charged on them ... They do get thrashing from the senior managers and all but dont get expelled ...until and unless u abusive a high priority customer or do some unusual stuff with the women employees ...
