Sitting at Port Broughton caravan park, (on our way back home east from Eyre Peninsula) watching your video tonight. Your becoming the Spielberg of farming videos Henry, fantastic again!
Good weather, nice looking crop (except for the parts that have gone over) good machine working well & a great looking sample so there's not much to go crook about! Good luck with the rest of the harvest & kudos to whover chose the soundtrack.
Hi Henry, our 9770 JD Header engine temperature was getting very warm the other day, we didn't know what was wrong. But after talking to a Mechanic who had worked on the machine for the previous owner, said that it was probably the fan belt as it had happened before. Sure enough after installing a new fan belt bought it back to normal today.
A well presented, most informative video. I hope your grain goes by rail to port and not by road, but SA closed a few broad gauge lines years ago on which I once travelled.
Yeah around here the barley weights are down. A cattle feedlot that buys Barley here, has a min 62.5 weight, and guys are just making that. But some are being turned away. It’s a bit nervous when you have the do a Contract Haha.
@@lockvalleyfarms981 what crops do you grow here apart from wheat? Would potatoes grow? Pea nuts? Barley What amount of precipitation do you get in a year

Henry I was wondering why you are going opposite of the way you seeded ? , it is hard on the knife drive going in and out of the crop
It's a pleasure to watch someone that produces things that are important rather than the parasites that seem to invest our society these days.
That's around UK speed.
