Redmi note 10 not fully charging on 33watt, I have 10t with the same battery size, but charging speed is based on processor maybe, 1 hr 10 min maximum to charge mi 10t with same 33w charger.
Stock android has always better battery optimization. The catch here is ram management. As soon as the no of apps in memory start increasing, Motorola starts lagging 😂. But in day to day usage you won't keep these much apps running that too for 6 hrs
