I am using m51 for last 3 months its battery backup is best in the class i would say even with heavy use sometimes i get around 14 hrs but its battery capacity is not 7000 mah its actually 6800 mah

if you use m51 on power saving mode like when you travel and use it just for camera and calling it would last for 3 days without charging. sharing personal experience.

I think your A52 has technical problem or the charger you are using for A52 has problem. Because I am also using A52. It takes 1h 35-40min 0-100% with 15watt charger even. 25 watt can benefit more. After April 2021 security patch updating, My A52 charges very quickly according to 15watt charger. Please, do check out your charger. Maybe there is any problem.
